How do parents contact the school?

GENERAL ENQUIRIES

For general enquiries from parents and members of the public, please contact Jo White, either on 01691 664407 or via our web contact form.

If you are unsure about who you need to speak to or who may be able to assist you with your enquiry, please call 01691 664400 and the receptionist will direct your call to the appropriate person

CONTACTING YOUR CHILD’S TUTOR
Your child’s tutor should be your first point of contact (apart from when you are reporting your child absent, please see notes below). Every parent/carer has been issued with a Tutor Contact Form which provides details on your child’s tutor and how to contact them directly. If you have not received this information, please contact Jo White, Office Manager on 01691 664407 or email

white.j@marchesschool.net

CONTACTING YOUR CHILD’S HOUSE PROGRESS DIRECTORjpeg
Your child will know which House they belong to. House Progress Directors may not always be available via telephone during the school day, due to a full teaching timetable. If your query is pastoral related, the Assistant House Leader will be in a position to assist you. Each House also has a ‘House Leader’ who acts as a Champion for the House, when taking part in activities and events.

We suggest you contact staff in the order shown on the diagram opposite.

STUDENT ABSENCE / ATTENDANCE REPORTING
When reporting your child as absent, please ALWAYS contact the Attendance Officer first on 01691 664400
(select option 1)
