Students in Years 7, 8 and 9 were set a task in RE this half term to design an inter-faith centre, a place where multiple religions could worship under one roof, to promote tolerance and a cohesive community. Miss Richards and the rest of the RE Department have been blown away by the student’s efforts.
Here is Sophie and Markus Tins brilliant creation.
Year 7 and 8 Spanish students have been learning about Hispanic art and artists over the last few lessons. They were tasked with creating their own piece of art based on the work by Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. Well done to the group for creating some brilliant responses!
Miss Price wanted to acknowledge the fantastic work which Year 9 student Charlotte Rogers has produced. She has created a fantastic animation of the national grid for her Physics energy topic.
