The Marches School is highly commended for its lockdown learning
Staff at The Marches were entered into the Renaissance Lockdown Learning competition last month. This national competition aims to celebrate best practices, ingenuity and creativity shown by schools across the country.
Our entry shared all the ways that we have kept the school community together and continued learning during lockdown.
We are so excited to share that our submission came away with a highly commended award! As such we will receive a £100 book voucher which we look forward to spending on books for our school library.
Competition Event Manager, Terri Burr commented; “The judges and my colleagues thoroughly enjoyed reading your entry. I wanted to take this opportunity to congratulate you on being one of our highly commended schools, you will receive £100 book voucher donated by one of our partners Laburnum House.”
