Are you an Employer? Do you run a local business?

The Marches School wants to connect with employers and careers programme providers to work together to create meaningful encounters with the world of work for our students. Data shows that a young person who has four or more encounters with an employer less likely to be unemployed or not in education or training and can go on to earn more during their career.

Our goals

• Provide a minimum of four employer and workplace encounters for our students
• Work with employers the local community
• Embed in the curriculum and celebrate an ethos that places careers and enterprise opportunities at the heart of The Marches School
• Provide our students with the best careers guidance possible to support their futures
