Marches Sixth Form Students Celebrate More Than Just Grades on Results Day

There was a buzz of excitement, proud smiles, and happy tears at The Marches School and Sixth Form today, as Year 13 students gathered to collect their A Level and Level 3 BTEC results, a day that marks not just academic success, but personal triumphs and shared journeys.

This year’s results shine a light on the resilience, growth, and ambition that define our students. Whether heading off to Russell Group universities, specialist colleges, apprenticeships, or stepping straight into the world of work, each path reflects a story of dedication, support, and aspiration.

Sally Wilmot, Headteacher, shared: “We are incredibly proud of every single student. These results are just one chapter in their story. They leave us not only with qualifications, but with confidence, kindness, and a readiness to make a difference in the world. It’s been a privilege to watch them grow.
